The ski and snowboard school SNOWSPORTS s. r. o. places great importance on protecting the personal data of all individuals it comes into contact with. b) Job applicants / candidates for instructor positions

Information about education, qualifications, instructor or sports licenses, and previous experience.

Data contained in CVs, motivation letters, or other documents provided by the applicant.

References or information obtained from publicly available professional profiles (e.g., LinkedIn).
c) Employees and external collaborators

Identification, contact, and personal details (including date of birth and national ID number).

Purpose of Personal Data Processing

Customers: To provide and manage booked services, process payments and invoices, and ensure communication related to the course or service. Marketing Purposes: We may use your phone number and email address to send informational and marketing messages, including service offers, discounts, and updates.

Job applicants: To assess the suitability of applicants for open positions, conduct recruitment and selection processes, and maintain a database of candidates for potential future roles (with consent).

Employees: To fulfil the employer’s legal and contractual obligations, maintain HR and payroll records, ensure internal communication, and manage employment administration.
Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing
Personal data is processed on the basis of:

Contract performance or pre-contractual measures (e.g., course reservations, recruitment procedures).

Legal obligations (e.g., tax, payroll, and accounting documentation).

Legitimate interest of the controller (e.g., internal communication, maintaining contact with job applicants for future opportunities).

Customers: For the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently as required by law (e.g., accounting documents – 10 years). For marketing purposes, as long as your consent is valid or until you revoke it.

Job applicants: For the duration of the recruitment process and up to 12 months thereafter (if consent for future opportunities was granted).

Employees: For the duration of employment and thereafter for the period specified by applicable legal regulations (e.g., payroll/tax documentation – 10 years).
