We process personal data only to the extent necessary for the purpose for which it was provided:

a) Customers and course participants

• Identification data: name, surname, date of birth.

• Contact details: phone number, e-mail address.

• Data related to course participation, preferences, evaluations, photos and videos from courses (with consent).

b) Job applicants / candidates for instructor positions

• Identification and contact details: name, surname, address, phone number, e-mail.

• Information about education, qualifications, instructor or sports licenses, and previous experience.

• Data contained in CVs, motivation letters, or other documents provided by the applicant.

• References or information obtained from publicly available professional profiles (e.g., LinkedIn).

c) Employees and external collaborators

• Identification, contact, and personal details (including date of birth and national ID number).

• Data required for payroll, tax, and social insurance purposes.

• Employment-related information, qualifications, attendance, and performance data.

• Bank details and data necessary for fulfilling contractual and legal obligations.

• Customers: To provide and manage booked services, process payments and invoices, and ensure communication related to the course or service. Marketing Purposes: We may use your phone number and email address to send informational and marketing messages, including service offers, discounts, and updates.

• Job applicants: To assess the suitability of applicants for open positions, conduct recruitment and selection processes, and maintain a database of candidates for potential future roles (with consent).

• Employees: To fulfil the employer’s legal and contractual obligations, maintain HR and payroll records, ensure internal communication, and manage employment administration.

Personal data is processed on the basis of:

• Contract performance or pre-contractual measures (e.g., course reservations, recruitment procedures).

• Legal obligations (e.g., tax, payroll, and accounting documentation).

• Legitimate interest of the controller (e.g., internal communication, maintaining contact with job applicants for future opportunities).

• Consent for Marketing Purposes: We process contact data for marketing if you have provided your consent, such as when booking a lesson or course.

We do not share your personal data with third parties unless it is necessary to fulfill a contract or comply with legal obligations.

• Customers: For the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently as required by law (e.g., accounting documents – 10 years). For marketing purposes, as long as your consent is valid or until you revoke it.

• Job applicants: For the duration of the recruitment process and up to 12 months thereafter (if consent for future opportunities was granted).

• Employees: For the duration of employment and thereafter for the period specified by applicable legal regulations (e.g., payroll/tax documentation – 10 years).

You have the right to:

• Request access to your data.

• Correct or update inaccurate data.

• Delete data that is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was processed.

• Restrict the processing of your data.

• Withdraw consent for processing data for marketing purposes.

• File a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection.

You may withdraw your consent for personal data processing for marketing purposes at any time by sending a request to office@snowsports.sk.

We have implemented technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.
